Use of this service
This service is ultimately for the small business owner, or the entrepreneur wishing to take their business online. We are offering this type of web design and hosting to people who are strapped for cash in the start-up of their business, but need a good quality website hosting alternative.

It is understood, that your website will be hosted as a subdomain of: www.jkwh.com. Example: http://yourbusiness.jkwh.com

Subdomain Hosting Allowance
You will get 10 mb (max) of sub-domain hosting.
No pointing a domain at the subdomain hosting
If you have a domain, then you should consider purchasing your own hosting account. Contact us or view the Hosting and Domains page for all details.
Redirecting your site to another domain
Ask us first! If you have a site hosted as a subdomain with us and decide to purchase your own domain and hosting, we will give you a re-direct script to place on your webpage. We will only allow this for 3 months, as this gives you enough time to submit your new domain to search engines under its own name and URL.
If more subdomain hosting space is required
We provide 10 mb, and anything over that, you are encouraged to look at your own hosting.
Own FTP login
We provide you with your own FTP login details once you have purchased your subdomain hosting account. This is not to be used by anyone else but yourself!
Cgi-bin for scripts
We provide a cgi-bin for your personal website use with a formmail script already included. You will need to download this if you wish to edit or make any changes. We do not provide any support with any scripts you install on your site!
Web Stats
You will get your own Webalizer Stats for your site, these details will be provided with your account details once you have signed up and made payment.
Businesses not permitted to use this service
Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any server. This includes sexual content, or direct links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet.

- Chat Rooms
- Background running programs
We can and will suspend any subdomain hosting account that is in breach of these activities without notice if we find that such events, programs or other are against our terms and conditions.
Email accounts
2 email accounts are given for each subdomain hosting account. We will forward these to your regular ISP email account. If we find that these email accounts are used for SPAMMING, your accounts and subdomain will be terminated WITHOUT notice!

Support
We provide all the details for FTP login, including your email account details. As for uploading and cgi scripts, enhancements etc, you will need to read up at the websites where you downloaded them from.

We will provide a list of resources for FTP programs, website templates, easy scripts etc to help you with your site, but other than that, we do not provide support. If you require simple cgi scripts installed, contact us for a quote for us to install them.

If you purchase your own domain and hosting account, you get full customer support and online assistance.
Time to set up a subdomain hosting account
Once you have provided us with all the details for your subdomain hosting account, and make payment, it takes between 1 - 15 hours for us to set up your account, and this is due to the time zone. We are based in Australia, therefore as soon as we come online daily we will set up any accounts that have been ordered and paid for. Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours once your account is setup for the subdomain name to resolve around the WWW.

We manually set your account up and get it ready for you to move your site into (unless we are also designing the website, then we will provide you those details privately by email).

Rights of Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or reject any application for subdomain hosting. We are offering this service to small business owners who are new to the Internet and Worldwide and who are wanting an affordable online presence.
Refunds
A "no questions asked refund" can only be made within 7 days of initial signup and payment.

No refunds are given if you decide at any time to move your site to your own hosting and domain account. You may keep your subdomain account hosted with us until it expires.

No refunds are given if you are in breach of any of our terms and conditions.

Renewal/Expiry
You will be notified 14 days before your account comes due for renewal. If payment is not received by the due date, your account will be terminated.
Review of Websites hosted with us as subdomains
We do a monthly audit of website activity, including checking websites that may contradict our Terms and Conditions. If it is found you are in breach of any condition, you will be given notice to rectify/remedy the problem. Failure to respond to our request/s, will result in your account being terminated.
Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold JKWH.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JKWH.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with server space provided; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement. Customer agrees to limit the liability of JKWH.com to the amount paid for service.

JKWH.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. JKWH.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. JKWH.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data, and any and all service interruptions caused by JKWH.com and its employees. JKWH.com reserves the right to amend or update these policies without notice. Failure to follow any terms and conditions may result in account deactivation.
