Ask us first! If you have a site hosted as a subdomain with us and decide to purchase your own domain and hosting, we will give you a re-direct script to place on your webpage. We will only allow this for 3 months, as this gives you enough time to submit your new domain to search engines under its own name and URL.

We suggest you think about your own hosting account. We provide 10 mb, and anything over that, you would be encouraged to look at your own hosting.

Yes, we provide you with your own FTP login details once you have purchased your subdomain hosting account.

Yes we do. We provide a cgi-bin for your personal website use with a formmail script already included. You will need to download this if you wish to edit or make any changes.

Yes we do. You will get your own Webalizer Stats for your site.

NO! The subdomain hosting comes with no advertising, including banners, pop-ups etc. However, we will not allow clients to use pop-ups that are annoying or hinder your website viewers visit at your site.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any server. This includes sexual content, or direct links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet.

2 email accounts are given for each subdomain hosting account. We will forward these to your regular ISP email account. If we find that these email accounts are used for SPAMMING, your accounts and subdomain will be terminated WITHOUT notice!

We provide all the details for FTP login, including your email account details. As for uploading and cgi scripts, enhancements etc, you will need to read up at the websites where you downloaded them from.

We will provide a list of resources for FTP programs, website templates, easy scripts etc to help you with your site, but other than that, we do not provide support.

If you purchase your own domain and hosting account, you get full customer support and online assistance.

Once you have provided us with all the details for your subdomain hosting account, and make payment, it takes between 1 - 15 hours for us to set up your account, and this is due to the time zone. We are based in Australia, therefore as soon as we come online daily we will set up any accounts that have been ordered and paid for. Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours once your account is setup for the subdomain name to resolve around the WWW.
